Entryway, 3135 Simpson Lane
We started with determining the driveway location and with the help of my eldest brother Gilbert, chose a specific spot along the 1200 feet of frontage we own. With his help and the natural contours of land provided, a curvy shaped driveway fell into place.
Bull Dozing a Wide Swath
The driveway will become a 15' wide path when all work is said and done. For now, the wide mouth of the driveway and its wide path to the house is for all ease of access to developing the house. House needs to be trucked in and later in winter, snow needs to go somewhere on the sides. Plenty of room around the driveway to work with and eventually the front end will have a driveway arch..

In 2021, trees needed to be cleared. Just under 200 trees were felled and no squirrel was injured!
The stumps will be popped and bull dozing soon.
By design, the driveway curves to the left and then a short straight and curves to the right to go straight and curves left up into garage.
This entrance wlll be eye appealing and by design intended for you to keep focus just on that as you drive by!
