This Site is a Celebration of our House Development
We searched for several years to find the right spot for our home. One day, we came across some excellent wooded acreage and its rolling hills within. A vision formed immediately of what could become! We bought the land quickly. 6.5 acres.

Begin With An Idea And Follow It
Our lives have taken us on adventurous journeys to get this far and after many life changes we are finally developing a residence we call our own. In the spirit of naming what is ours, the very place that is something special, we have taken a mixture of our last names and have come up "Chaptera" from Chapman & Zattera. This mix is an equal fitting for both our names and our ideas will be put into the lands.
Our Hobbies
When we are not at work, we enjoy taking care of our three extremely mixed breed dogs. Each of them have their own personalities and are absolutely tied to our family.

Our Favorite Things
We love getting family together and friends whenever possible. We all can agree that everyone leads busy lives and live distances away from so its always fun to plan out an event to take place. We enjoy travelling locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. We do what we can do, go where we can within reason, and continually plan for the next best vacation for us!
